FaceEvol Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FaceEvol handles information when you use its portrait creation, age transform, photo and video face swap, Photo to Video, Photo Enhance and Video Enhance features.

1. Information you provide

When you use FaceEvol, you may provide photos, videos and other content needed to create the result you request. You may also provide information when contacting support.

2. Technical and usage information

FaceEvol and its infrastructure providers may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as request information, device or browser information, IP address, timestamps, error logs and feature usage.

3. How uploaded content is used

Your uploaded photos and videos are used to provide the transformation, creation or face swap you request, maintain service security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems. FaceEvol does not claim ownership of your original photos or videos and does not use FaceEvol itself as an identity-verification service.

4. AI and infrastructure providers

To generate results, FaceEvol relies on third-party hosting, storage and AI-processing providers. This currently includes infrastructure used to host the website, securely transfer temporary files and run AI models. Those providers may process your content only as necessary to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy and security terms.

5. Storage and retention

FaceEvol is designed to minimize unnecessary storage of user uploads. Temporary files may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to upload, process, deliver and troubleshoot a result. Some temporary files may be automatically deleted after processing. Service providers may maintain limited logs or temporary copies according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

6. What you should not upload

Do not upload content that you do not own or have permission or lawful authority to use. Do not upload non-consensual intimate material, exploitative content involving minors, material intended for fraud or harmful impersonation, or highly confidential information that is not needed for the creative task.

7. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable, FaceEvol processes information because it is necessary to provide the service you request, because there is a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, because you have provided consent where required, or because processing is necessary to comply with law.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights relating to data portability and complaints to a local data-protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification.

9. International processing

Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used for international transfers.

10. Children

FaceEvol is not intended to be independently used by children under 16. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use where required by local law.

11. Security

FaceEvol uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect content during the service workflow. No internet or cloud service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as FaceEvol adds accounts, payments, additional AI providers or new features. The date above will be updated when material changes are made.

FaceEvol Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FaceEvol. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

1. The service

FaceEvol provides AI-powered portrait creation, age transform, photo and video face swap, Photo to Video, Photo Enhance and Video Enhance tools. Features, processing limits, supported formats, models and availability may change as the service develops.

2. Beta status

FaceEvol is currently offered as a beta service. Beta features may contain errors, change without notice, become temporarily unavailable or produce unexpected results.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in content you upload. You grant FaceEvol and the service providers involved in processing a limited permission to host, transmit, process and transform that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and troubleshoot the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, consents or other lawful authority needed to upload, edit and share the content you submit.

4. Responsible use

You may not use FaceEvol to violate law; deceive, defraud, harass or threaten others; impersonate a real person for harmful or misleading purposes; violate privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights; or create or distribute abusive or non-consensual content.

For face-swap and identity-based editing, use only media you own or have permission or other lawful authority to use. Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, fraudulent identity material, or content falsely presented as authentic evidence that a real person said, did or endorsed something they did not.

FaceEvol may restrict access, remove functionality or cooperate with valid legal requests where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, rights violations or unlawful activity.

5. AI-generated results

AI outputs are generated probabilistically. FaceEvol does not guarantee that a result will be perfectly accurate, realistic, identical to a person, suitable for a specific purpose or free from artifacts. Age-transformation results are creative estimates and are not a prediction or verification of a person's real future or past appearance.

6. Prohibited technical activity

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass usage or security limits, probe private infrastructure, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic or use FaceEvol in a way that materially disrupts other users.

7. FaceEvol intellectual property

The FaceEvol name, branding, website design, software and original service materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of FaceEvol technology to you.

8. Availability and changes

FaceEvol may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, model changes or product development.

9. Paid features

FaceEvol uses prepaid credits for AI creations. Applicable credit-pack prices, per-tool credit costs and important purchase terms are displayed before checkout or generation. Mandatory consumer rights always continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, FaceEvol is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FaceEvol is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the service, unauthorized use of uploaded content, third-party services or reliance on an AI-generated result. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Suspension or restriction

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful use, rights complaints or material violations of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as FaceEvol develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

FaceEvol Refund Policy

1. Credit purchases

Credit-pack prices, included credit quantities, per-tool credit costs and important purchase conditions are shown before a user confirms payment or starts a paid generation.

2. Failed processing

If a paid generation fails because of a verified FaceEvol processing error and no usable result is delivered, FaceEvol may restore the affected credit, retry the generation or provide another appropriate remedy.

3. Completed AI generations

AI generation uses computing resources immediately. Once a paid generation has successfully completed, a refund may not always be available merely because the user prefers a different creative result. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a defective service.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported to support so they can be investigated and corrected.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, refund or consumer-protection rights that apply in the user's country. Where digital services begin immediately after purchase, any legally required consent or acknowledgement will be presented during checkout.

6. Requesting help

Refund or billing-support requests should include the payment reference, approximate purchase date and a short description of the issue. Never send a full card number or banking password by email.

Response times

FaceEvol will aim to review support messages within a reasonable period. Response times may be longer during beta testing or periods of high demand.
